I didn’t get what’s advertised

"Being from the tropics and living in the dry southwest has been challenging on my skin. Dry, itchy, and sometimes just straight up ashy. Regular lotion wasn’t cutting it so I was hoping to find a good butter. But usually they have a stale/bland odor. I was really looking forward to this product. Highly disappointing. Not only did it take 2 weeks to get to me. But it came leaking, and it looked like it fermented and it burst when i opened it. The next day it solidified into this waxy block and it smells like wax with a slight hint of the promised aroma that faded within the hour."
